When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details, it’s very important that you take time to read carefully, once we are giving to you the opportunity to rectify any error one your order. To proceed with any change in your order, you have 5 working days after the purchase confirmation to contact our customer service.

To avoid any delay, we begin to create your exclusive piece as soon we receive your order confirmation. Due to the nature of customised orders we will not be able to accept changes or cancellations orders.

Any questions regarding our fabrics and finishes should be clarified prior to the purchase of the piece.
All products must be delivered in perfect conditions, so that when you receive your piece you can be as happy as we are in preparing it for you. If you receive a defected or damaged piece you must contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do what necessary to find a suitable solution.
When you shop at HOOT, you are shopping a design experience. This pieces are designed by our designers and they can be customized by you. The materials are chosen by the quality and their components. Our small size furniture bring versatility and fit in any project, through the possibility of customization. You can find n each page the possible finishes for each piece.
Before you start your purchase, you must to log in to your account, if you don’t already created one, you must do so. In your account you can follow all the products that you have in your wishlist, purchase history, requests for budget, among others.

When you have done log in in your account, two methods are available to request the price of your favourite piece:
1- If you want select the original piece, with the characteristics described, you must select the Price Request option;
2- To customize your product, you must select the available finishes that you prefer, when you achieve the product that you want, select the option Price Request.

When you send a price request, our team will contact you by e-mail or by phone, we will give you the necessary information’s including delivery date. In case fabric or any other finish have to be provide by you, the delivery date is only counted once they arrive at our production units. Payment must be made by bank transfer, all data and payment details must be asked to one of our commercials.
We want to be as brief as possible in the delivery of your HOOT piece, the response to your price request should be given within a maximum of 24 hours and delivery the final product in 4 a 6 weeks. Please read more about the deadlines in Terms and Conditions.

HOOT make everything to ensure the photographs and other relevant information on the site truly represent the original products, some variations are possible due the nature of the products, and materials as well as the manual productions methods required. For all the reasons previously explained, HOOT does not fully guarantee a perfectly clear identity of final products in comparison to their graphic representation shown on our website and official marketing material. Some modification in colouring, precision detailing of wood carving and metalworking could happen in two or more pieces manufactured in separate orders that means that we do not guarantee exactly the same finishes in situations like this.

All products are transported in packaging suitable for this purpose, which prevents any damage. In case of need to modify a requested article, its finish or quantity or any other error in the order, you have 5 working days after the purchase confirmation to contact our customer service.
You must require the price of each piece before finishing your purchase. All item prices include appropriate product packaging.

You must make the payment via bank transfer as indicated on the order form. You must confirm HOOT bank details prior to making any payment, and also advised to send proof of bank transfer to the sales assistant.
If your piece presents any kind of defect, you must report immediately to our sales assistant who will provide you with information regarding after-sales costumer service. If the defect is a result of improper use of the piece, HOOT don’t take responsibility.

HOOT are reserved the right to complete an item replacement, only once the original item has been delivered to its designated address and verified for damage. All products must returned in their original packaging (box, protections and others) e should be accompanied by the purchase invoice.

If the address in not correct or no one is available sign for your order, our delivery partner will leave you a notification and you will need to contact them. HOOT it’s not responsible for this delay.

HOOT are reserved the right to refuse any piece repairing, pick-up or delivery, from any location other than the original shipping address.
The delivery logistic service is being provide by us, as such, add extra shipping fees at the end of the purchase process. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen pieces. You must require this costs to our sales assistant.

Some countries do not contemplate our delivery service, in these case our sale assistant must give you this information in a timely manner, so that you can handle all the pickup logistic.

All deliveries that are HOOT’s responsibility provide only the delivery service, assembly pieces or others services don't include this service.
You must have your price request response in 24 hours. As soon as each order is confirmed, we begin the production of your exquisite piece, it must be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. This range depends on the number of pieces and what customization you are requiring.

We do our maximum to deliver your order in the expected lead time, but may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our control, such as festive seasons.

HOOT reserved the right to change the lead time without prior notice.
All claims are handled by HOOT costumer service team. In any of the cases stated above (Returns and Refunds), should contact the Sales Assistant responsible for the order, who will provide you with information regarding after-sales costumer service.

If you has altered a product or has had it changed by third party, HOOT warranty does not cover. Claims for defects as result of the shipping process handled by you, are not covered under HOOT’s warranty. You can claim warranty that result from mishandling in the shipping process, up 48 hours after receiving an order. We advise you to check and photograph all pieces ordered, upon their arrival.
